Lyric theatre
This was a location we visited with another group. We had some success with glass divination and there was a strange menacing feeling in the stage area.
One of the guests seemed to have contact from a relative and orbs were seen on the cctv. These orbs seem to respond each time we asked for them to pass by the camera. This happened a few times. One of the team members (me actually) reported seeing a part apparition on the steps leading down from the stage just after the orbs were responding on the cctv. Was is the guest relative? Did I really see it or was it just the result of a late night and wishful thinking. On the night I would have swore blind I saw it. In the cold light of day I wonder if I did. We'll never really know.
We intend to return here to investigate further
Private residence - Sheffield
One of out team lived in this property for a short time following reports that it was haunted. He reported heavy footsteps every night coming from the loft space. This space was not high enough for even a child to stand up in. On one occasion a visitor report a bite being taken from a sandwich as he left it unattended to get a drink. He left and never returned. Our team member reported that on several occassions he woke in the morning to find the bath full of water, strange. Even stranger the water was actually hot enough to take a bath in!! He could offer no explanation for this. On one occassion a door stop slid across the kitchen floor. Pictures were often found removed from the wall and on the floor at the other side of the room. A woman was regularly heard crying. None of these occurances have ever been explained. The only history that could be found about the building was that it was an old toll house built in the 1600's. We have been able to find anything to substantiate any of the phenomonen.
