Private residence - Rotherham

This house was phenomonal - literaly - this is the one that got us all obsesed with discovering the truth about so call spirits, poltergeists and ghosts.  Over a period of almost 6 months we witnessed flashing lights and glowing orbs moving slowly across the living room.  Lights hovering over one of the resident children. Battery operated talking toys switching on when no one was in the room, even talking after batteries were removed (this usually happened during the day and only in one room).  Foot prints would appear in the new bathroom carpet even if you were locked in there alone.   One of the "glowing ball type orbs" went through a team member who immediatly started coughing. 

The residents reported that one morning they got up and every battery operated clock had stopped (not all at the same time) and both of their cars batteries were flat!   They could give no reasonable explanation for this.  Was it just a coincidence? 

We set up a webcam to run all night to try to catch evidence (it was the only equiptment available at the time). The webcam recorded the residence going up stairs the coming down again the next morning.  For some unexplained reason the recording stopped as soon as no-one was around and started again as soon as the residents got up.  Strange.

Whilst talking in the kitchen in the middle of one afternoon we witnesses a deep fat frier containing 3 litres of oil move, apparently of it own accord, across a kitchen work surface with such force it moved the microwave.  Again we cannot explain this.

The residents were regularly seen to have scratches (we do have photographs but do not have permission to show them). Incidently due a "Most Haunted" episode Karl Beattie was scratched at the back of his neck and the patter was identicle to the recurring scratch pattern seen on the female resident. 

We contact several spiritual mediums to help us with this case - none were willing to help as soon as we mentioned the scratches.   None would tell us why.

Needless to say the house was soon up for sale......
